authorizes the company to use
the data on this form only for
the purpose indicated.

BOARDING
Passengers are requested to
report with valid tickets for
check-in at least 30 minutes
before departure; otherwise,
the company will not guarantee
the right of embarkation even
if the vehicle is regularly
booked. Passengers who have
bought a ticket have to verify
if there have been variations
to the travel conditions it
was issued for before the departure
date.

RENUNCIATIONS
OF TRIP - REFUND
In case of trip cancellations,
with prior notice to the issuing
ticket office in the port of
departure or the travel agency,
where the ticket has been bought,
passengers are entitled to a
refund of the ticket subject
to the following penalities,
free of reservation and/or advanced
booking rights:
- 25% for trips cancelled within
the day prior the departure
- 50% for trips cancelled the
day of departure
- the company is under no obligation
to give a refund for tickets
which are not cancelled.
